Centennial Parkside cdc annual report 2022

Centennial Parkside CDC is a non-profit located in the East Parkside neighborhood of Philadelphia. Their mission is to work to preserve, promote and revitalize East Parkside through partnerships with businesses, institutions and programs that engage residents, increase opportunity, and grow a diverse, thriving community. As a non-profit organization, each year they are required to file an Annual Report to the IRS, which is also available for public viewership. I have had the pleasure of designing the 2021 and 2022 reports improving refreshing outdated branding improving accessibility and clarity for the readers. Together we decided to move away from the heavy corporate feel of previous designs and move towards a fun yet simple and professional style. With a lighter feel introducing more white space we were able to introduce more textual information than before. This allows for deeper understanding of the events and changes implemented in the community throughout the year.
